Valveer are enemies who originated in Mighty No. 9. They appear exclusively in the Water Works Bureau.
Description[]
Valveers act like valves covering the water pipes. When the player approaches them, they will pop off of their pipe, releasing a stream of water that will quickly freeze into a tower of ice. Valveers will then slide across the ground in an attempt to hit the player.
If the player was in the middle of the stream while it was freezing, they will be frozen as well.
