Propellifters are a type of enemy that appear in Mighty No. 9. They can be found in the City, Water Works Bureau, Mine, and Highway stages.
Description[]
Propellifters appear on the stage by flying from the foreground, carrying a wooden crate containing an enemy or an explosive barrel. If what they are holding has not been destroyed, they will attempt to drop it on the player's head. After that, they will repeatedly swoop downward towards the player in an attempt to ram into them.
