Soichiro Sanda (also known as Dr. Sanda) is the chief of SANDA Technologies and the creator of Call that works with Xel technology. He has been best friends with Dr. White ever since they were students. He is the twin brother of Seijiro Sanda.

- Dr. Sanda could be based on Dr. Cossack, a friend of Dr. Light from the Mega Man series, as he a friend of Dr. White (who is based on Dr. Light).
- He also has some similarities to Professor Ochanomizu/Dr. Elefun from Astro Boy.
- Dr. Sanda's design was made overweighted with the intention to subvert the stereotypes of Americans being fat and Asians being thin, as both Sanda brothers are Japanese, the device he's seen sitting on official artwork allows him to move around without walking. [1] In concept art for the game and promo material for the Animated Series shows it transforms in a type of scooter.
